Inflammatory & degenerative forms of rheumatism; RA, ankylosing spondylitis, OA & spondyloarthritis; painful syndromes of vertebral column, non-articular rheumatism, painful post-op & -traumatic inflammation & swelling; primary dysmenorrhoea.
Dosage/Direction for Use
1 tab daily.
Administration
Should be taken with food: Swallow whole, do not chew/crush.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity reactions. Peptic ulcer; asthma, urticaria, acute rhinitis caused by ASA or other drugs w/ prostaglandin-synthetase inhibiting activity. Severe hepatic, renal & cardiac failure. Last trimester of pregnancy.
Special Precautions
Symptoms indicative of GI disorder, history of GI ulceration, ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, impaired cardiac function, patients on diuretics or recovery from major surgery. Monitor renal & hepatic function & blood counts on prolonged treatment. Risks of GI ulceration, bleeding & perforation, serious GI toxicity. Uncontrolled HTN & significant risk factors for CV disease. Pregnancy & lactation. Childn. Elderly or debilitated patients.
